HP Deskjet 5850

I'm thinking about buying a new HP Deskjet 5850 to replace a very poor Brother Multifunction printer. This printer has built-in wifi and ethernet, does anybody have anything good or bad to say about this printer before I get it?

i got this printer in may, and before that, i rarely used my 6 year old cannon bubblejet printer. if i needed to print, i printed on the laser at work. i say all that because i am not a very good judge of quality. the hp 5850 prints good enough for me (better than old crap printer, but worse than a laser). black quality is good, picture quality is good.

the wifi works perfect for me. all i did was plug in the power then set it up wirelessly; i didnt have to plug in ethernet or usb to get it set up. you just run the setup CD on each computer you want to print from and voila, you are done. setup couldnt have taken more than 30 minutes. and everything works great.

if you compare this to its little brothers (5650, 5150), i think this one actually has more memory, not sure if that matters.

i think i saw this printer at office max for $149-$50 rebate = $99. not sure on that one, think i saw it last week.

try to get to a computer store that have samples set up and press the print sample button, it might give you an idea of what to expect.
