HP Compaq Presario CQ5700f no video

Hi all, I was hoping someone here can help out with a boot problem. A friend of a friends wife was having a problem with her computer being slow. I thought a complete wipe with a fresh install of Windows 10 was in order. Long story short, he drove over to my house to drop the computer off. I then took the lid off the computer to see what it looked like inside and put the lid back on. Unfortunately he forgot to give me the power cable so he came by the next day and gave me three of them. I know there shouldn't be any difference between these cables but when it comes to messing around with other people's computers I don't like to take any chances.

Anyway, to explain this as quickly as I can, when I had plugged in the computer and turned it on I wasn't getting any kind of video output, no beeps, nada. After trying some time to getting the computer to boot I called him up telling him if there were any problems with the computer, he said no. In fact he said he was using it before he came, I then started to get worried. I then proceeded to look inside the case and see if everything was okay when I had noticed something funny. One of the ram modules came loose, I went ahead and re-seated the ram, plugged the computer back in and it still didn't work. Instead I was introduced with one short beep and one long beep. I then go on the internet and find out that this is a ram issue.

I took both sticks out and tried each one individually on both ram slots with no success. I even switched both ram sticks in the opposite banks and still no success. The following ram sticks are on the links below:

The Crucial ram stick was the ram that came loose out of the bank. I've tried two monitors and one tv to see if it wasn't a monitor issue in addition to swapping out the ram into different positions. What a find odd is the customer says it worked before he brought it over. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Here is the EXACT photo I took with my phone:

Again any help is greatly appreciated!

EDIT: I had also forgot to mention that the Crucial ram stick that I found was actually installed in backwards when I saw the inside of the case. Again it came loose (which I don't see how that can happen since it can only be installed in one way), one side was half in while the other side was half out. I will try and upload a picture.

EDIT 2: Here it is: https://postimg.org/image/i3979hfc1/

EDIT 3: Here are the specs for the computer: http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=c02629647

Clear the CMOS and try again with one stick of ram.
If you can't find the jumper, just unplug it and take the battery out for a few minutes.

The ram slot with the backwards stick may be damaged. It may have killed the board.
