HP Celeron Upgradable?

A friend who has one of those shorter, blue HP desktop celerons from a couple of yeas ago (sorry I don't have the exact model number, but they could be found at chains like circuit city, best buy, etc) was wondering if the processor on these was upgradable? Would anyone know it the chip can be upgraded?

The chances are it'll take a faster chip, even if only a P3 of the same clockspeed. It's hard to draw any definitive conclusions without more information about the machine...
