ive been looking for one of these around this price for a while.....so where can i find an even better deal?

Most likely through B&M stores - they occasionally will have "CD Stomper" kits for free after MIRs, which has the same stuff as the HP kit sans shipping but with tax.
 
i wish i had a better printer like the HP photo printers for my labels. They turn out crappy looking even if u use glossy paper.
 
I can't tell if HP's setup allows full-face labels. So Avery full-face CD labeling system is $9.99 AR at Fry's B&M. Be sure that you can find HP refills too, I personally don't think I've ever seen some.
