HP broken laptop but under warranty....

Anyone know how they handle warranty service? Call me a lame but I searched around on HP.com for about 30min and couldn't for the life of me find out how to send in my laptop for repair??

Do I send it in at all? Or do I take it to a service center? It listed best buy on their website as a service center.

Any input would be appreciated. I feel like an idiot for having to post a topic on this but HP's website sucks! I can run a serial check and I can confirm my laptop is under the 1yr warranty but that is it. Nothing about RMA's.

Call them, there site sucks. Great service and quick turn around though. Won't buy anything else because of it!
 
I always just use the online chat whenever I have to file for ADP 3 year warranty claims. Hinges, bad OS disks, dented bezel, I just tell them whatever the reason I want to send it in for, tell them I want it sent in and repaired, and in about an average of 15 minutes start to finish I have a claim with a next day air box on my front steps the next morning at 9:30AM.
