received mine. nice little machine for the price. decent upgrade from my old XP2500 machine

The cons...
PSU is 20pin, though the socket on the mobo is a 24pin. 250W no-name
The motherboard has a minimal amount of capacitors and inductors (i.e. not much power filtering)
Onboard video is acceptable (barely) I see shadows/ghosting on text, but that could be this ancient VGA cable (used same LCD w/ DVI cable with old PC)

not bad, not great though.

the parts add up to about $300.00

so you get vista premium for free, it really depens on if you want a 3 year waranty on the parts or vista and only 90 days.
