FOr the undecided, I'd suggest a gander at the Epson thread, I had this printer and the 870 side by side for a month and the Epson won for photos (not a great text printer)

I have an HP970cse and it is the extremely fast, very well built, and the most reliable printer I've ever had. HP rules hands down. Epson sucks;Epson printers are cheaply built and are problamatic, no matter what their print quality is like.

This is great printer!!! it also prints automatically on both sides (built in duplexer). I have noticed that most B&M stores (Best Buy, Staples etc)have dropped this printer about $100.00 and the 952, 950, 932 & 930 about $50.00. The new model's must be comming out for the Holidays. Hopefully the on-line retailers will follow suite soon with the price drop, that would make for some smoking deals!
