HP 930 printer cartridge issue

I have two HP 930 series printers, in which I have used remanufactured cartridges for quite some time. However, the latest batch of color cartridges, generic HP78s, are not working. The printer shows no problems, the cartridges are properly unpackaged and seated, but no color is printed to the page. The problem must be with the cartridge, as I can put in a previously working cartridge and still get whatever color is left in them.

I ordered these cartridges from EZInkjets.com, which has always been a good site for me, but they have changed the type of generic cartridges (if that makes sense) they sell, and I can't get these to work. Anyone else had this problem? Do I have any recourse with the seller, since the cartridges don't work like advertised?

Cheers.

I had the problem in the past. I used to buy remanufatured HP 78 and 15s. The vendor switched sources several times. Had to send some back.

In the end I ended up eating some 78's...

I switched all 10 printers in the office over to Canons and have saved thousands on ink. The BCI 3 and 6 carts are easy to refill...some of mine have been refilled over 100 times. SOme I even have on auto feed.

You can also get good generics from tylermartin.com USA brand.

Ditch the HP and you be glad you did.
