SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME
I received the mail from Mary Summers(from Gage Marketing Service). It stated I did not include the correct UPC(s) and did not include enough UPC symbols.
Here is a list of the material I sent with the rebate:
1) e-stamp.com rebate form
2) Buy.com printed receipt
3) HP 930c UPC --- UPC# 0 25184 21485 2
4) e-stamp software 1.1 UPC --- UPC# 6 64644 20202 4
I think I'll scan all my form and UPCs and email e-stamp@gage.com to find out the problem.
The phone # of the company, who handle the rebate(not 1-800 though). Here is the link:
