Planning on using in to write DVDs with an add on Sony DRU500 DVD writer. Will be making backup copies of DVD movies with DVD2ONE, and would like to use it to transfer VCR tapes to DVD. I don't plan on any game playing. Will also use it for dialup internet service, and basic stuff like word documents and spreedsheets.

I'm mostly confused about the video graphics selection...What do I need:
Integrated Pro Savage DDR KM 266 graphics or
Nvidia geforce card.....
Do any of the video card selections have a compostite video in so that I could
capture video from a VCR?

If I choose the integrated graphics, does that mean it would not be upgradable?

Will 256 MB memory be plenty?
