HP 7217A 24" Starting to act up & Apple Cinema Displays

I have an HP 7217A 24" CRT. (basically the Sony Gw900) Its started popping a few days ago and this morning when I fired it up the monitor kept going out of focus. Its seems ok now, but I am worried this things days are numbered.

Anything I can do to fix this?

I was looking at somthing 23-27", like the glass front look of the Apple Cinema Displays. Does anyone make a similar monitor with DVI or VGA inputs on it? Don't really want to go the route of an adapter.

Hazro does, but you'd have to import it if you still can. I love my Apple 24in and the adaptors aren't really a problem, but I have both an HDMI one and a DVI one because my vid card doesn't scale with HDMI and it doesn't recognize a DVI monitor until I get into Windows.
