i was looking at the old PSU from this HP and it has a three pin female plug in that goes to mainboard ,on the three pin setup says ps top
of mainboard
the psu i am trying to install only extra conn.have a 4 pin setup two groups of two each 00 the hp is like 000.
whan i pluged in my psu i left the four 00
plug loose and the fan on the processor did not spin.your thoughts?
 
on the old power supply the three wires are 1 black ,1 green ,then 1 black ,side by side.
the new is two yellow side by side .two black side by side.thanks for trying to help.
