both cameras:

. are 3megapixel (3.3 HP, 3.1 Kodak)
. have 16MB internal
. accept SD/MC
. have only digital zoom (4x HP, 2x Kodak)
. are not high-end
. are available for ~$100 ($99+ for Kodak at Walmart, $130 - 30MIR for HP at Staples)

which one should i go in for, any suggestions ? I'm not looking to spend more than 100 bux on a camera and i thot a 3MP deal at this price is probably better than those usual 2MP cameras. (other camera suggestion are welcome too!)

Few reviews online for both cameras are evened out, most saying that aren't too good, but then again, i just wanna take holiday pics - nothing more.

Howso? I've used 2 Kodak cameras - a DC3200, and recently a CX4310. Both produce pretty good images. They don't have real zoom functions, but I like the image quality.

I had a Kodack, it was crap. There was lots of noise for darker photo's. Also some of the pictures would end up scrambled or cut off. A friend of mine gets the cut off pictures too.

Either way go look up reviews on the camera first.
