Called them up, they sent out a replacement printer, and didn't require me to ship them back the broken one (it's their bottom of the link inkjet, and I guess they just don't feel they're worth refurbishing again).
The replacement just failed on me last week, again with a color not printing (red this time), I called up their tech support, spent 10 minutes on the phone, and my 2nd replacement printer came fedex yesterday (they tried to deliver on Friday, but required a signature.....which I have a waiver on file with Fedex, but the driver obviously didn't check on that). It'll be interesting to see how long this one will last.
I can't say much for the quality controls for this printer, but the customer service kicks azz!!
