the usb ports don't work. i've already verified it with the physical computer through boot up options, OS's and etc. not really anyway to verify it in bios, as vast the options appear, to skip to the chase. i just know the ports don't power on at all whatsoever, no matter what.

already tried reset

does anyone think that if flashing the bios will get the ports up and running?

if it's a motherboard issue, that much i am willing to accept. does anyone know what part of the motherboard will control these physical features?
