HP has rebates on some of their LCDs, $50 on the 20" LP2065, $75 on the 24" LP2465. Both of these monitors have two versions, one model # ends in A4 and one ends in A8. It is the A8 model that has the rebate.
On shopping sites the A4 models are generally $50-$100 more than the A8 models but the detailed specifications are the same as far as I can tell.
What's the difference?
