My favorite part is how the item description says 1400x1050 but in the list of features it says 1024x768.

I agree. Part No. MON-1523 refers to an "M50", a 15" CRT. I paid $250 for a 15" CRT back in 1997and I'll be damned if I pay that much again. 😛
 
i've seen this monitor in action. LCD is by chung-hwa picture tubes, division of tatung. my dad works for them, they have tons of these and the 17" model at his office.


i wouldnt say its the greatest monitor on earth, refresh wise, but other than that its good . my cousin took one to college with him, and my mom and brother use the earlier fx70 model and they all have been very useable.


this is a really good price, this is only a bit above the refurb wholesale price.
