HP 10x4x32

I have the HP 9300. its a 10x4x32 and love it almost as much as my plextor 12x10x32s. If it only had burnproof. 🙁

for the same price u can get far better drives (i.e. liteon 12x/10x/32x w/ burnproof, ricoh mp7125a w/ justlink, ricoh mp7120, aopen 12x/10x/32x, etc.)

Just because a particular drive is faster doesn't make it better. I've installed hundreds of HP CD-RW drives in the last few years and have only had ONE that defected. In the case that it is defective and under warranty HP will pay to air ship the RMA both ways, and it only takes about a week as well.

that's true...but the particular drives i mentioend are quality brands with stellar performance that can be had for cheaper and offer comparable warranty policies...

so....

I have a 9110...flashed with the 9300 firmware...

Even before the flash, I loved this drive. Now, at 10x...I don't feel any need to upgrade for awhile...

And now that they have the 9150 drive AND a Rio 500 for 200 bucks...how can you go wrong?
