HP 1020 laser jet printer

I couldnt find the 1012 that i some people mentioned on the boards. So is this one just as good?

Or should I go with the HP 1022 for 180 bucks??

I need a printer for college. Probably going to print around 1000 pages a semester.

I have had the HP 1012 for six months with one toner cartrage change ($69.99) and only a few jams when using legal size paper. The HP 1022 Printer looks like an update of the model that I have. If you get it at Staples here is a coupon to save $30

How many prints can you get on one toner?

A lot. I think we've been getting over 3000 pages per cartridge. We use Draft mode most of the time.
