Which is better?

I am looking at the Hoya Pro1 Digital Filters.

Which are the B+W equiv?

Hoya good enough?

Pro1's are great filters. I've used and own several of their CPL filters. I've got a B+W UV on my 100 f/2, but frankly there's no point in paying a premium for them over Hoya's Multicoated lines.

Hoya is good enough. I have both. I can change them on different lenses - no visible difference. Go with the best value.

Having read more than a dozen of filter comparisons, I must say B+W really stands out against Hoya, Tiffen, Kenko and others.

I bought a B+W CPL at a used camera shop for 5 bucks for a friend, I had no idea how good it was. I was QUITE tempted to steal it back. :)

I'm pretty sure B+W F-Pro is the equivalent. I have a few of them and they are my favorite to use, hands down.
