That's really not a very stressful situation at all. A modern 3d program will only issue geometry data and commands which do not saturate the pcie bus at all. Likewise, a normal program will use the cpu cache for 90%+ of its memory accesses and not stress the memory system anywhere near as much as a memory benchmarking program.Originally posted by: dermotti
