Out of all the things I've lost in life...I miss my mind the most...or do I? I don't remember.

Horribad. My life revolves around trying to fuel, nourish, and generally treat it. Some lifesavers are taurine, peanut butter, phosphatidylserine, choline+inositol. Oh, and Green Machine, that green smoothie drink - spirulina (algae) in it crosses the blood-brain barrier, and the potassium nourishes the thyroid.

not great. short term memory loss is hitting me a lot harder than long term. and names of people and things are really hard to remember some days.

getting a decent sized chunk of my brain removed a couple decades ago probably didn't help.

My brain is useless w/o the drugs. I had pneumonia and was in the hospital for 36 hours. They didn't give me shit. I was ready to tear my face off. I finally walked out, which was actually a pretty stupid move given the weather. Found a taxi, got home and was still wired after 2 nights w/o sleep.

I'm a ginger and have a ginger cat, we have to constantly fight over the brain cell.
Oh my.

In Greek mythology, the "witches fighting over an eye" refers to the story of the Graeae, also known as the Grey Sisters, who are three old hags that share a single eye amongst them, which they pass around to see; the hero Perseus famously steals their eye to force them to reveal information about Medusa's location.]

I can't remember things like I used to, and it pisses me off. Stuff I absolutely should know the word of, I draw a blank. I'm also good forgetting what the fuck I want to search the web for on the vast journey from the other end of the house to my computer :^S

I eat sardines or herring four or five days a week. If it's helping, I'd hate to see what happens if I quit D^:
Excellent sir, excellent. I'm sure there are other nutrients that are also important but it was the omega3s that changed my life and I do NOT shit you when it comes to profound changes.

Sardines are goto amazon addon to get free shipping, cause I eat a lot of them. I had to get filters for my cat's fountain, as well as some cement to fix some shoes, so I perused the fish aisle to see what was available. Ended up with a case(50 tins) of these...

Prepping for the coming civil war(not sure how serious I am...), but anyone that likes sardines should definitely buy some. Maybe go for the 5pack for $17 to start with. I've never seen these on a regular store shelf, but they're fantastic. Much cheaper when you buy a case at a time.
