Hows your NEW YEAR RESOLUTION(s) going ???

Well, I had 2 very simple ones(although not easy to achieve.)

1) Keep better track of my finance.
2) Gain weight and get more muscular.

The first one went out the window. I still do not keep track on any of my finance but I do hit the bars less often.

The 2nd one, I was slacking quite a bit the first month too. Some day I would eat alot, other times, I was too lazy to eat.
I would eat, work out, then ignore it for a few days and it was going nowhere.
After Jan, NOTHING.

I started reading stuff on the net and this advice stuck in my mind. "You have to treat eating as a chore. Force yourself to eat."
That and eat alot of protein food.
I've been really forcing myself to eat for the last month and a half and I'm always aware of high protein food I'm comsuming.
I've actually gained 8 pds in the last 1 1/2 month. Now thats not alot but I've noticed my appetite is getting bigger and more often.
I really really hate being skinny all my life. Maybe this is something I can finally changed.

Anyone else having anykind of success with your New Year resolutions?

I've gotta say that my new years resolution has been going great, told myself I'd get a gym pass and get in shape, (doing mostly cardio, need to shed some excess pounds), and I began at the beginning of February after the initial Jan rush, lol and have been going nightly for the past month, and just renewed my membership for another month.

I've got two of my other buddies that are also going and I find it much easier to stick to the schedule when you've got friends coming along.

In addition my eating habits have become SIGNIFICANTLY better, much more healty, and a lot volume.
