Hows UHT milk as a protein source?

Good? Bad? I read an article that says you need to drink 4x as much due to the heat treatment it undergoes destroying the protein, but i read some conflicting information saying that its okay because the protein is simply denatured not destroyed and its basically just as good as normal milk.

I have no idea, any input?

Destroyed proteins get denatured into amino acids, which are still absorbed by the body. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and any direct protein intake is digested and broken down into amino acids anyhow. The protein content should be very similar and just as useful. 8g of protein in one cup of UHT milk is just as effective as 8g of protein in non-UHT milk.
