How's this site design?

Kind of looks like a CMS control panel. 🙁

yea it does, but at the same time a very clean look.
My company's Intranet site is run by coldfusion and webdav

Far too many navigation options on the one screen, are all those really necessary to the logged in user? It looks confusing, especially with the doubled up nav items. Couldn't you display relevant options, i.e. engineering options to an engineering user.

a site design is much more than just an image. how's the html look? is it accessible? do all the images have alt or title attributes defined? etc ad nauseum.

too much, strip it down IMO less graphics more text.. its nice but I really don?t think it fits there theme.

For what you are trying to do (an internal company web portal as far as I can tell), I think the design is pretty lousy. It looks like the Plesk web administration panel.

EDIT: Heh, jfall beat me to it.

Show us some of your other work, give us more info on the needs for the site, show us the an HTML version, and maybe we can give you some advice..
