If your links were described instead of just headed maybe I'd not be the first to reply to this. Make it easy for us to get an overview.
Your motherboard says it supports UP TO DDR2-1200 so it'll support everything from the lowest your CPU uses (DDR2-667 in the E8400's case) up to DDR2-1200.
Case, PSU, Motherboard: All good choices.
CPU: It has been said time and time again so I'm going to lay it out in bold. Gaming = higher clocked dual core. A lower clocked quad core will perform worse in games. Get the E8400 instead.
RAM: Massive overkill. You'll not even run it at DDR-1066 unless you overclock your CPU to the moon. Get the G.Skill DDR2-800, maybe the DDR2-1000 G.Skill (http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16820231145 $72) for headroom.
GPU: If you're gaming on a 30" screen, this is a good choice. But you're not. You're spending more money than you'll need and may not see a difference in performance. When you're gaming at 1680*1050 or 1920*1280, get the Radeon HD 470 1GB.
Hard drive: Slightly more expensive, but this Western Digital 1TB Caviar Black is the best non-raptor desktop drive you can buy. http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16822136284 And of course it has plenty of space compared to the raptors.
