Get more memory, run 2x512 in dual channel if supported. As for everything else, its alright.

get a DVD drive or a combo. DVD's are quickly becoming the standard for new games so get a combo drive, and s754 does not support dual channel, so i would probably get 1 stick of 512MB then upgrade later. or if you can, get a full gig now. maybe get a 6600GT and a gig, that would be more balanced. and would you consider socket 939, its going to be the new platform for A64 so i would suggest a 3000+ winchester and an msi k8n neo2 platinum, or ASUS A8V. should be about 50+ more, but much more futureproof.

I suggest waiting for the nForce 4 Ultra to become more available, for only like 10-20 dollars more you can get a PCIe cabable motherboard on the cutting edge of technology.

3000+ Winchester (socket 939), MSI K8n neo nforce3 ultra, 2x512 corsair/kingston value memory, or 1 512 so you could get another later on, this is a more future proof computer, the vid card looks fine.

I think it will do fine, but I think you should hold out for the nforce4...from what i've seen pci-x vid cards actually aren't very expensive, so any costs added for the new mobo could be made up there
