instead of buying an oem processor, get a retail and a hsf of your choice. cut up the retail one and thermal glue them to your video card ram, and mount the fan in the side of your case so it blows onto the card. great cpu cooling/ocing for 5 bucks.
 
or get some ocz ramsinks and a vantec stealth for $10 bucks and it doesn't look cheesy and is a lot quieter.
