$150 Asus P5B-E rev 1.02G (supposedly shipping from the egg)
$222 Intel E6400
$239 2gb OCZ Flex XLC PC2-6400 (after rebate)
$20 Thermalright HR-05 NB cooler

$631 Total

Can anybody confirm the 1.02G's are indeed shipping from newegg?
Has anybody tried the new DDR-800 OCZ Flex?

Since you're gonna be overclocking anyway, save $35 and get a 6300
