I don't know what the OCing potential is for each board, but keep in mind that the GB MA74GM is a budget board whereas that GB UD3 is made with enthusiasts in mind.

Is there a good o/cing board with onboard video?

If you are dead set on AMD, then look at the 790GX series. I am considering the DFI one because it is also uATX. Of course, it costs $150, which is a bit steep. Otherwise, I'd look at the reviews of the 790GX boards.

I've become partial to the Biostar T-series motherboards. I have the TA790GX 128M, and so far have my X3 710 OC'd to 3.3Ghz, with the stock cooler and the 4th core unlocked. Previously in that board, I had a Phenom 9850 (not Black Edition) at 3 Ghz. My only concern about that board is that the screen flickers when using the DVI port, but this is probably just my board, as I can't find others with that problem.

I've also found the Biostar TF 8200 (Geforce 8200-based) to be a good overclocking board.

if I am o/cing with the multiplier does the board even matter as long as it will allow me to change it?
