The Thermalright is a good cooler and should do well, if not i would add a mor epowerful fan, but you should be fine.

Got one, VERY impressed.

Run it with the YSTech 26FCM and the Delta 37CFM. Load temps were 7C cooler with the latter.

BTW: saw somewhere about an SK6 not working with ATH4 (fried it) - IMHO you MUST use a nonconuctive shim to make sure it is not cocked on die.
