How's the SpecTek Micron ram?

I'm seeing some sites selling ram from the "SpecTek division of Micron". How does this ram differ from regular micron ram and would you guys recommend it?

I have SpecTek RAM...I'm not sure if it's Micron, but it just says SpecTek and it sucks majorly. It is PC133 CAS 2 and it can't do 137mhz CAS 2...

I really don't care about overclocking. I just want ram that will do it's rated speed reliably. (this is 133mhz CAS3. I really don't care if it can't do 134mhz cas3 so long as it does 133).
