How's the return policy at newegg?

when i get my MSI geforce 4 ti4400, could i test it out and if there's something wrong or i dont like it, will they accept it even if it's opened?

Yeah, very good stuff. I know a guy that bought a powersupply that wasn't powerful enough, so they shipped him a better one, he shipped back the original one, and he just paid the difference.
