How's that wireless network ?

Ever since we've been on it, it seems like we are conflicting with the other networks in our building/area. Its GREAT to be wireless, but the constant refreshing of networks and me seeing other people's networks is annoying as hell.

It's cool to have but IMHO, a good wired network is still the way to go especially in business applications.
 
While I have a wireless rig for my laptop and some testing, I use wired to everything here. Running wires is sometimes a PITA, but I like the security, reliability, and speed.
