Only to disqualify the other one for being "popular".
Justice for OP, who was unfairly disqualified for being popular.
That other user probably got all her referrals through Facebook, which celebrations.com actually allows because they WANT exposure through FB. When the celebrations.com folks saw a bunch of referrals from some "forums.anandtech.com," they said "WTF is this?" and unfairly disqualified OP's wife.
ATOT was "social media" before FB![]()
is there a bot to change the ip that you click from every time?
What's the prize? If it's just "you win!" then at least she can take solace in the fact that (almost) everyone here agrees hers were the best![]()
Or we bombard their email address stating our dissatisfaction with the disqualification. This is the biggest load of horse manure I've seen in a while.OP, I think you should call them, point to this thread and explain to them that this one of the largest tech forum on the planet, and the community is not happy with them. And that your votes were earned legitimately.

The DQ is bullshit.
For the most part people were voting 1/day. Yes, I'm sure several killed cookies and did a lot more but that was never ask. No bots were released.
The drumstick obviously had a bot running and I'm sure a fair amount of clearing cookies as well.
Some people in this thread suggested bots but didn't use them (that I know of based on the rate OPs entry was getting votes) only to combat the obvious botter.
Obvious botter loses votes, OP who was fairly legit gets DQ'd.
I've emailed them as well...since it smells of an inside job I doubt anything will come of it thoughhttp://www.celebrations.com/contact

Drumstick...before the DQ they would be 1k votes behind and pull ahead by 1k or more in minutes...yet the site couldn't "prove" they were cheatingif we think it's an inside job, who's the intended winner?

It doesn't matter if they win as the OP stated that they would be happy with the second place mixer. I would think that would be much more useful for a badass cupcake making hot ATOT wife.
