How's rush hour traffic in DC on Columbus Day?

Columbus Day is a federal holiday.

I have a client meeting in DC on that day that'll probably end around 5-6pm.
I want to drive instead of taking the metro. it'll save me 30min each way if there's light traffic.

So how's the traffic in and around DC on Columbus Day at 5pm?
