Idle temps 55C
Quake 3 60 to 62C

wow 55C idle awwma high. what HSF do u have and how many volts are u running thru the CPU?

I use cheap ass stock fan and 3 case fans

You seriously need to spend a few extra dollas for a better HSF combo. 55C is way too high for idling, IMO. SVC.com has the Thermalright SK7 for about $16 bucks. Get a nice $7-8 dollar panaflo or sunon fan and you're set.
