How's my Opteron 165 stepping?

Bought this from newegg two weeks ago, still don't have it up, wondering what I'll be able to hit on as ASRock Dual-SATA mobo with 4 sticks of TWINX1024-3200C2 and stock cooling. Any guesses?

If my ram limits me too much, I might try to only take it to 2100 (9X233) and undervolt it, for a cooler/quieter system. Any suggestions?

Haven't seen anything about it, though XPMWs are typically rather nice. (It's irrelevant though, considering it's a wholly different week)

If the RAM limits you two much, ruch a divider?

I haven't heard much about performance with dividers and the 939 CPUs. But back when DDR400 ram first hit the market, they talked about using multipliers to increase the RAMs speed to DDR400 while the FSB ran slower (CPUs still didn't support faster FSBs). The critics were quick to point out that performance was almost the same either way, because running sycronized had performance benifits on it's own. Anyway, things may have changed, but I do keep up with the articles on anand & THG, and they don't seem to talk about the pro/cons of running the FSB & RAM timings sycronized or asyncronis.

It seems everyone is talking about using dividers, and CPU speed beats all right? Anyone have any experiance with OCing this RAM, particularly 4 sticks together?
