Fairly generic.
We have know idea on how you will be using this machine, so we really can't make too many suggestions on tweaking it.

Why get the Vertex when you can get the Sandforce-based Vertex 2? The Vertex 2 would be comparable to the C300. The Vertex is a bit older, though it's still an excellent SSD if you really want something cheaper.

I prefer the Vertex 2, but you wouldn't be wrong if you choose the C300.

I'd save $30 and go with this Gigabyte GTX460. I don't think factory overclocks are worth paying extra for when the overclock usually doesn't make much of a difference; +1 or 2fps isn't worth $30 when you can do better yourself and for free.

Some nebulous time in the future. I wouldn't wait. I do agree with getting a Vertex 2 or Agility 2 over the C300, but both are better than the original Vertex.

Otherwise your build looks good.

The Agility 2 is $100, with $20 off promo code BTEYXNV23 and $20 MIR. Though the Vertex 2 is somewhat preferable, the price is too good on the Agility 2 right now.
