Just surfing along, and saw this page (Ian Hixie's)

and that cat, that is always at the bottom right of the page.

It's done in css, and I was just wondering where the cat came from, I've looked at the source and the css...and gave up.

please help! 😛
 
I'll try an an informative response:

I think there's some way to make something stationary on a page with CSS, almost like a replacement for frames. However, since I don't think it's widely supported yet, it probably isn't how he did it. I'd check if I had a book handy, but don't, so will ultimately fail in giving you an informative answer.
