How would you use 75,000 frequent flier miles?

Want to use up my 75,000 miles on United and can't figure out where to go.

I'm thinking Hawaii and the Caribbean (35K each), Rome or Krakow and somewhere in the US (50K + 25K), or New Zealand/Australia (60K).

Here are United's route maps:

Thoughts?

yeah, i hear the hotels in southeast asia are REALLY cheap now-a-days . . .

EDIT: i guess maybe . . . .EUROPE 1st/Business Class

:Q

I've been to London, Amsterdam, Paris, and Brussels. I thought that UAL flew to Rome but they don't.

The only other city that they fly to in Europe that really interests me is Krakow.

I don't know your time frame on this but if it's right now;

I'm real partial to Hawaii. Kauai especially. Great weather.

Caribbean should be real nice right now. Hurricane season is over. That's a plus.

Europe? North > cold. South > not so cold.

N.Z. or Australia > it's Summer there right now.

If there are seats available to Hawaii, I'd do that. Oh, did I tell you I'm partial to Hawaii? 🙂

I'm a frequent flyer on Northwest and it's difficult to get FF seats on short notice to Hawaii. I just snagged ours for Oct/Nov '05.

It's expensive, isn't it?

What's there to do there?

Not expensive if you do it right I guess. I dunno, I stayed free for a month so not sure about hotels and such. Most things there seemed pretty cheap though. Especially food, if you do it right you can eat there for like $3 a meal (or hell I did $200 a meal once too at the Jumbo 😀). And to do...well...everything. Tons of stuff.

Extremely easy. Awesome subway system, minibuses kick ass, double decker buses everywhere... Getting around is not a problem at all.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to do a little more research.
