How would you take someones blood..

Crouch, make sure it's night and no one is around, and make sure the vampire blood icon is displayed and you select "feed", not "talk".

This thread is making me thirsty.

A couple vampire bats. They won't feel the bite and the anticoagulant would just let the blood flow. You might be able to get some at a pet store, just don't mention why you're getting them. Just say you think they're cute.

Local anesthetic on the puncture site, followed by the standard hollow needle/tube assembly inserted into that artery at the crook of the elbow. A light tranquilizer administered beforehand helps, but is not strictly necessary. Storage is best done by vacuum sealing and at 1-6 degrees Celsius. Use or destroy within 35 days.

Give her some drinks before she goes to bed...wait till she sleeps, part her legs and pull the string in one quick motion.

Good luck!
