just got a new comp from dell.

this is what i got:

the video card it the nvidia 6800 GTO (dual DVI out)

two 2001fp flat panels for extended desktop (DVI input)

one NEC lt260k DLP projector (hd15- rgb input)

how would you set it up to make all four components work together?

What's going to be the use of the projector? Just for movies and such, or an everyday thing?

I'd say GTO -> 2x 2001FP, and get a second old-school PCI card for the projector. 😛

it is not an everyday thing but it is about 3 times a week. the PCI card still sounds like a sweet idea.

i have never run two video cards before how involved is seting that up? and how will it affect overall performance?

can anyone recomend a PCI card that will do 1600x1200?

also when i run movies from my laptop to the projector it will only show video on one screen. is that to save memory or is it a copy protection thing? can you forsee having similar problems?

thanks
