how would you reheat mashed potatoes?

you are missing out on one of the best leftover foods, fried mashed potato cakes.
when you are done with the mashed potatoes, scoop them over to one side of the dish and cover.
The next day slice the taters into 3/4" slices and fry with butter. YUM!

I had turkey too, but I ate that for lunch and forgot to pickup dinner on my way home from work.

You can scramble some eggs, mix the egg with the mashed potatoes and make cakes. Then fry those up in a pan. Or just heat them up in a pot.

I'd just throw them in a frying pan. Other suggestions should work fine though.
