How would you have fixed terible endings to great movies? or terrible prequels?

I haven't seen you offer any alternate endings to the ones you listed.

I could think of several I'd like to see made or remade from scratch.

Starship Troopers should be remade for starters, was very far from the book.

I had no problem at all with the endings to Ex Machina, or Prometheus personally.

I think it would have been cool if George had shot an alternate, non-canon ending for Episode 3 where Anakin kills that smug douche Obiwan. Episode 3 the video game did at least. :awe:

Star Wars prequels? Let's assume I'm given total creative freedom. I'd condense it into one or two films, then tell a more grown up story about Anakin's fall. Years of war has broken him. He comes home to find his wife has died in a Separatist attack, and falls to the dark side seeking revenge. A classic tragic story. It would also give his character realistic motiviation compared to the silly nonsense we got.
