That information is generally not public, unless it is a publicly held company (shareholders). Even then, you would not be able to get info for each individual store.
I'm a little confused to why she would need specific financial data for a business plan. Generally, you would use estimates based on population within a range, customer traffic, price ranges and staffing. If this is for a bank loan proposal (SBA or conventional), they generally realize exact amounts are not going to be found.
