How would you deal with this RAM issue?

I have a pair of Crucial Ballistix modules that are giving me problems. At first I was running them at the low end of their voltage range. I had no problems with this arrangement for months, then I started getting exception errors in Windows.

I bumped up the voltage after finding out here I had it set low. This seemed to stop the problems for a while. I even wiped my main drive, replaced my motherboard, and reinstalled Windows. The system is still fairly fresh and I'm getting exception errors again, or just lockups.

The new DFI board I have has memtest 86+ within the bios and running that throws a bunch of errors under tests 4-6. Not tons, but some.

Here's my question.. these things have a lifetime warranty, but I don't have any extra modules to use should I decide to return them. Second, I'm not sure I want to replace them with the same type of RAM. I realize Crucial is a good memory vendor, but maybe I want something that doesn't need so much tweaking. I'm not overclocking the system. I just want the memory to work.

Should I just get new RAM modules or should I return the Ballistix? Or both? Should I jack up the voltage to 3.0V and see if that solves the problem, or is my RAM dying out and raising the voltage is just going to accelerate the process?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

You shouldn't have to keep increasing the voltage. If you're running at stock speeds, then 2.7V should be more than enough. Test each module individually, hopefully, it's just one module. I'd definately RMA any modules that give errors in memtest86....that's a no brainer.
