How would you compare these two monitors?

I already have a GSYNC monitor for gaming. My second monitor was used for the kids' machine. I'll looking to replace it with something simple. I saw two different AOC monitors at Amazon and Mircocenter for $99 but can't tell which is better.
 
The i2267Fw (amazon link) is smaller at 22", but is in IPS panel, which means likely a bit better color uniformity and accuracy.
The 24B1H (microcenter) is larger at 24" and has a VA panel which means 2-3x the contrast ratio of the other panel, IPS panels have ~800-1000:1 static contrast, VA panels have ~2500-3000:1 static contrast.

So the Microcenter one should be larger and more vibrant colors due to the panel type. The Amazon one is smaller and will likely have better color accuracy.
