How would U set these up?

okay, I am setting up a water-cooled and an air-cooled system. The following components are what I have. which would you choose for the water-cooled setup?

CPU's - P4 3.0C and P4 2.4C

Memory - Corsair Platinum XMS 3200 2-2-2-5 non-Matched 512MB
OCZ 4200 EL 2.5-3-3 Matched 1GB

MOBO - Asus P4C800 Deluxe rev 1.1
Asus P4C800 Deluxe rev 2.0

PSU - 2 Antec True Blue 480's

Graphics cards - ATI AIW 9800 Pro
ATi 9800 PRO 256MB


So which goes in the water cooling system?

oops, forgot that part. Yes, I am going to overclock as much as I can. The more MHz, the merrier!!!!

Then the choice should be easy, water cool the 3.0c, use the OCZ 4200, and overclock the crap out of it.
