How would motherboards differ from country to country (USA vs Taiwan)?

I'm building a system for one of my friends based upon an Abit NF7-S rev2.0. He is currently visiting Taiwan and has found the NF7-S for around 95USD as oppose to the 115 USD at NewEgg.com. Would his warranty service have to be done in Taiwan? Would the accessories differ? Would the motherboard differ? I could probably deal with a manual written in Chinese, but the motherboard itself should be the same, right? I could change the BIOS to be in ENglish as well, right?

No difference in terms of hardware. Documentation, ie manual, will be in Traditional Chinese. You can always download an English one from Abit. Warranty of course, will not apply in the US; it would be Taiwan only.

BIOS always defaults to English.
